Das Hamam ist ein Bad zur Reinigung und Pflege für Körper und Seele, Entspannung und Kommunikation in wohltuend warmer Atmosphäre. Das sind wesentliche Elemente der Hamam kultur.
Im Hauptraum des Hamam kannst du an einem der Mamorbecken Platz nehmen. Im Sitzen gießt du bei angenehmer Temperatur von ca. 35 C Wasser über deinen Körper, so dass deine Muskeln sich entspannen, die Haut weich wird und sich deine Poren öffnen.
Du kannst mit einem Kesehandschuh deine Haut selbst peelen oder ein Peeling im Hamam dazu buchen. Beim Peelen oder auch Kese genannt wird mit dem Kesehandschuh Druck auf die Haut ausgeübt, die Haut wird massiert und gereinigt, abgestorbene Hautpartikel werden abgerieben, der Kreislauf angeregt.

After your courses, why not go directly to our very own Hamam (Turkish Hamam) on the ground level of the Schoko! As a subscriber to Schokosport, you can spend two luxurious hours of wellness in the Hamam at the discounted price of €15. Schoko’s Hamam is a bathhouse/spa to cleanse and care for your body and soul. There is also a sauna, as well as ample space for relaxation and communication in a soothing, warm atmosphere. These are essential elements of Hamam culture.
In the main room of the Hamam, just take a seat at one of the marble basins and pour soothing warm water (35°C, 95°F) over your body, letting your muscles relax, softening your skin, and opening your pores. Massage your skin with a peeling mitt (Turkish kese) or book a peeling (exfoliation) treatment. During this kese treatment, your skin is massaged, scrubbed, and cleansed, removing the dried skin particles and stimulating your circulation.
